Isolation strips change to work with Compression Control System

Compression control pillars have been added to ensure the correct amount of compression every time. Also, a new authentication plate has been added to the inside.
No compression control pillars so the compression is controlled by how far the screws are tightened.
Updates for the pillars and taco bumpers have been added for separation from the pillars and alignment.
It only accounts for the screws not touch and has no taco bumpers on the corners of the plate.

COMPRESSION CONTROL SYSTEM
Compression Control System is just a simple way to say that the top and bottom enclosures come in contact with each other. This is not anything new in the keyboard world, but we tried to put our own spin on it. This is something that has proven to be effective in allowing a perfect amount of compression every time because the bottom enclosure can only be tightened so far before it meets the top case in the correct place for optimal compression.
The alignment/isolation bumpers on the corner of the plate, or taco bumpers for short, are there to keep the plate from coming in contact with the pillars. It also doubles as a way to keep the plate perfectly aligned by holding the plate in place north/south with the pillars and west/east with the inside of the top enclosure. This we did invent. 😉
We also changed from Hex to Torx screws and lengthened the screws from 8mm to 10mm to ensure the strength of the hold.
UPDATED BOTTOM DESIGN
A simple cutout was added to the bottom to make better use of the negative space. There is a “moat-stroke” of sorts around the recess in order to use the shadows to bring depth to an otherwise simple design. The chamfer on the higher edge is angled so that the imaginary line that crosses the “moat” meets the lower edge. We also added a chamfer around the cable port for continuity across the design.
