We cannot edit orders that have already shipped. Groupbuy orders cannot be edited once the groupbuy window has closed and the products are no longer available to purchase on our website. During product drops/extras/restocks/sales, we can only perform edits if the necessary product(s) is/are still available when we are able to work the request.

We will need your order number, the product you would like replaced, and the variant you would like to replace it with.

Please do not place another order and ask to cancel the incorrect one as you will lose the 3% restocking fee that all refunds/canceled orders are subject to due to Shopify processing rules.
