Our deskpads are stored and shipped rolled up in a bag. Due to this, the deskpads often have waves and/or creasing when they are first laid out. These should fall out naturally over time, and the deskpad will flatten. Sometimes they can be stubborn, though, so if they do not fall out naturally, the process can be expedited by washing the deskpad.

We wash ours with cold water on a gentle cycle and lay it out flat to air-dry. We do not recommend machine-drying.
