The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is when your Shop Pay email is different than your Omnitype email. If you used Shop Pay to checkout and your email on your Shop Pay account is different than your Omnitype account email, then it will override and place the order under the Shop Pay email. This is a Shopify/Shop Pay setting that we cannot change. (If you would like to avoid this, it is best to make your two account emails match.)

If you did not use Shop Pay and you don't see your order confirmation email, please check your spam folder or search your email for 'Omnitype'. Another thing reason you may not have received an order confirmation email is you may have used a different email than you remember.
