If your actual product (not product packaging) is damaged or defective in terms of design or manufacturing, please submit a support ticket with your order number and photos within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products that do not meet our standards and are deemed defective can be replaced or refunded within this timeframe. Imperfections, dents, dings, etc to just the product packaging does not qualify and is not eligible for replacement.
Important note for products purchased on sale at discounted price of 20% or more
We are excited to offer deeply discounted prices while ensuring all customers have access to these deals. In order to do this, the following policy applies for items sold at a discounted price of 20% or higher.
• Replacement requests will only be reviewed for functional defects.
• Aesthetic variations, including an 'ink splash', 'dot' or other minor marks, are not considered defective and will not qualify for replacement.
These products are still held to our manufacturers' strict quality standards and are designed for full functionality. Additionally, items are new and unused unless otherwise stated.

For a replacement requiring exchange, we will send you a label to return the defective product. The replacement will ship out upon receipt of the returned defective product.
